Jenna's Birthday Party

Cupcakes Cupcakes and more Cupcakes!

Jenna had such a good morning with her friends Cash and Hailey that came over the morning of her birthday to swim and decorate cupcakes. I forgot the camera in the pool but managed to get some of the kids decorating their own cupcakes. It was such messy fun!

Happy Jenna with her dinner
When we asked Jenna what she wanted for her special birthday dinner, she usually says something like Orange Chicken, but when we asked her yesterday to our surprise and dismay she wanted "a hamburger at McDonalds" There was no convincing her otherwise...
This was our trip to the Botanical Gardens last Saturday. It was huge and incredibly hot and muggy. We had a good time.

Zack update

Hey ya'll I am putting up an update for anyone who would like it about Zack. He finally got out of the Missionary Training Center last week. His P-Day, their free day, is on Monday so if you want to write him you'll need to do it before then. He only gets mail on Monday's. He is currently living in Sandy, Utah with his first missionary companion. He says he likes it and is loving what he is doing. In his letters he sounds like a completly different person, in a good way. We love him and miss him. His email address is: zackcarlson@myldsmail.net
I will get an address out as soon as I find it, he LOVES hearing from anybody that can find a few minutes to write to him.

Austin through the ages...year two.

It was Austin's Birthday last week and as I was looking through the pictures of him I just cannot believe it has been two years already. He is as wonderful as the day he was born and gets better everyday. He has been an amazing son and I can't believe I get to call him my own. He's one great little heartbreaker with those eyes and that smile. We love you Austin!

Austin through the ages...year one

I decided for Austin's birthday, a dedication of sorts to him. These are my favorite pictures, almost one for every month for his first year.
