Halloween

This Halloween was fun this year with Mackenzie understanding what it was all about. Jenna was really involved in helping picking out and making her costume this year. I think 3 months later I am finally done vacuuming out all the glitter out of the carpet.

First Day of School

The kids first day of school was another first for our little family this year. Austin started Kindergarten at Jenna's school. I managed to make it through dropping him off and down the hall before the few drops of tears were shed. We got to the front door and Jenna told us, "That's okay guys, we saw my class at meet the teacher night, you dont need to walk me to my classroom." We checked to make sure she got to her class after dropping off Austin anyway.

Our "Stay-cation" with most of Randall's siblings!

Last month we had so much fun with Randall's parents and siblings Rosalie and Rashelle and all of their families! It had been several years and children since we have seen each other so we had a lot of catching up to do. Needless to say we sent everyone home with a "Texas Tan" We did the Stockyards, NRH20, the Children's Museum, the movie theatre. You name it we did it.

Our Last Easter

These pictures are the last ones that we have of Zack. I am saddened by this but also grateful at the symbolism of Christ being born again and it being the last holiday we celebrated with my dear brother. If you know Zack, he doesn't enjoy having his picture taken or smiling for that matter so I am super excited that these happened to turn out so well.

Jenna's Hula Hoop Contest

She performed in a school hula hoop contest for the sock hop. She won first place in the first round and 3rd in the finals.
